Your profile and contributions on reviewslk.com will be publicly viewable and identifiable via your name. reviewslk.com will not share your email address with other members, or will not display them in any public manner, unless you expressly choose to have us do so.

If we fail to respond to your complaint within 30 days of receiving it in writing or if you are dissatisfied with the response that you receive from us, you may have the right, depending on the jurisdiction, to make a complaint to the applicable regulator.
